Saltaire Church Drawing West Yorkshire Illustration - A3, A4, A5
This is a print of my original hand drawn elevation of the United Reformed Church in the world heritage village of Saltaire, West Yorkshire.
Named after Sir Titus Salt who built the iconic textile mill, known as Salts Mill and the model village on the River Aire that served it. Designed by architects, Lockwood and Mawson, Saltaire has beautiful Italianate architecture and a rich history which helped earn it's UNESCO title in 2001.
This illustration will form part of a series of studies looking at iconic buildings across the north of England.
