Highbury Stadium East Stand Avenell Road Illustration - - A3, A4, A5

This is a print of my original hand drawn elevation of Arsenal's beautiful old stadium Highbury in north London, which has now been transformed into apartments since the club moved to the Emirates Stadium. However, the East Stand on Avenell Road as depicted here, is still very evident.

As both an architect and avid football fan, this has been a fun cross over to work on. It is a finely wrought pen and ink study showing the building's forms and geometry in clear detail. This illustration forms part of a series of studies looking at iconic buildings across the city of London.
